Data controller, provides special protection of your personal data.

Personal data is collected through your request (visitor – data is collected through cookies; inquirer – personal data in the context of the inquiry is collected: name and surname, contact e-mail address, contact phone number, IP address, address, tax ID number, etc.).

All submitted data is considered confidential and only used for the purpose for which they were submitted. We prevent potential disclosures of personal data through various security technologies. The data is stored on constantly controlled computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled areas as well as controlled locked rooms and cabinets.

The retention period is determined by the category of individual data. We store the data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, or is processed further or until the period of limitation for fulfilling the obligations expires or until the end of the statutory retention period.

The data controller shall not transfer your personal data to any third person without your consent. However, your personal data can be used in accordance with the law (detection and prevention of scams, fraud or misuse; ensuring the stable and safe operation of the system; information security measures, potential enforcements, etc.).
